Job Overview

">">Safran Landing Systems seeks an HR Administrator to manage general HR administration within the department. This position is responsible for managing HRIS systems and related software programs, as well as providing support to employees and managers on routine HR inquiries.

Responsibilities

">Key responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for HR-related matters, providing information and support regarding company policies, conducting new employee orientations, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal controls, and developing communications for HR-related events

Requirements

">To be successful in this role, you must have a post-secondary education in HR or a related field, working towards CHRP certification is a definite asset. Three to five years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing unionized environment, is required. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite is also necessary

Compensation

">We offer an estimated salary of $65,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Your compensation package will be discussed further during the interview process

Security Clearance and Regulatory Compliance

">All applicants must meet the minimum requirements of 18 years of age, Canadian Controlled Goods Regulations (CGR), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and applicable contractual obligations
