**Accounts Payable Coordinator Summary**:
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator who will be wholly responsible for our company's accounts payable process. You will support with processing invoices and payments to vendors, suppliers, and other partners, ensuring accuracy and timely responses. Responsibilities include:
- Full cycle of the accounts payable processes.
- Process accounts payable invoices and verify accuracy of coding and process control.
- Handle accounts payable for 85+ commercial properties.
- Prepare cheque runs and electronic fund transfer payments.
- General ledger journal entries and bank account reconciliation.
- Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
- Internal petty cash reconciliation when required.
- Assist with month-end closing (journal entries, accruals)
- Assisting with audit support as necessary.
- Working with property management teams to address and resolve issues.
- Perform responsibilities in an organized and efficient manner.
**Accounts Payable Coordinator Requirements**:
- Post-secondary diploma in accounting or related field.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
- Work effectively in a high-paced team environment.
- Yardi Voyager experience an asset.
- Understanding of Canada’s federal and provincial sales taxes.
- Understanding of payments, accounting, and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
