Westcor Contracting is looking for a Finance & Administrative Assistant that would lead Westcor Contracting’s day-to-day financial and administrative operations.

**As the successful applicant, you would**:

- Work closely with the Finance & Administrative Manager to ensure all accounting and administrative duties are completed accurately and timely.
- Enter and reconcile all Accounts Payable and Mastercard Transactions.
- Receive Work Orders and process Accounts Receivable.
- Process Payroll Bi-Weekly.
- Scan and organize documents onto OneDrive, Monitoring, and filing month-end reports.
- Complete Health Benefits administrative duties, as required.

**Requirements**:

- An Accounting and/or Business Administration Diploma or Certificate.
- **A combination of schooling and previous experience may be considered for the right applicant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.

**What we offer**:
This is a full-time, term position, working 37.5 hrs. per week.

Wage: $39,000 - $48,750/year, depending on experience.

Office location: Regina, Saskatchewan
