**Role Summary**

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Exhibit a competitive edge in identifying target customers, fostering robust relationships, and closing deals.
- Achieve volume and gross profit objectives by strategically engaging with end users through proactive calls.
- Manage and expand your assigned territory, concentrating on heavy equipment users across sectors like construction, transportation, forestry, oil and gas, and mining.
- Collaborate with internal teams, leveraging established processes and tools to optimize your role's effectiveness.
- Cultivate exceptional customer relationships.
- Establish a network of referral sources, including accountants, vendors, and commercial insurance representatives.
- Maintain open communication and strong rapport with support teams.
- Develop and execute strategies, goals, and plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Chief Sales Officer.
- Utilize internal processes and programs to drive your success.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A Bachelor of Commerce degree or Business Administration diploma is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Strong sales background with experience in originating, qualifying, and closing leasing and loan products.
- Proficient in sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication.
- Familiarity with documentation and closing of complex equipment finance contracts.
- Outstanding administrative, analytical, and organizational skills, with adept prioritization abilities.
- Understanding of financial statements and acquisition of information for credit package development.
- Previous experience in equipment financing and comprehension of financial statements.

**Knowledge**
- Thorough understanding of Dynamic Capital's internal processes and expertise.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend contractual language.
- Familiarity with key performance metrics for the role, team, and department.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, specifically Excel and Word, as well as internal systems.
- Understanding of Dynamic's Customer Service commitment, documentation processes, procedures, and funding processes.

**Travel**

Anticipate 20-30% travel requirements.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
