**What you will be doing**:
As a Digital Advertising Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our clients' digital advertising campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our Digital Advertising Specialists to implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on the technical setup and day-to-day management of campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Setup**: Implement digital advertising campaigns based on provided specifications, including budgets, creatives, targeting, and schedules across various platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Spotify.
- **Monitoring & Optimization**: Monitor campaign performance regularly to ensure smooth operation, identifying and reporting any issues or anomalies to the Digital Advertising Specialists.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough pre-launch and post-launch checks to ensure campaigns are accurately set up and align with client objectives.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Create campaign UTMs and assist in generating performance reports, highlighting key metrics and any areas for improvement, and distributing them to the internal team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Digital Advertising Specialists to ensure campaign strategies are executed accurately and effectively.
- **Platform Management**: Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices across all relevant digital advertising platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising operations, preferably in an agency environment.
- **Technical Experience**: Proficiency in setting up campaigns across various digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, etc. including set-ups for retargeting strategies.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy is a must with the ability to spot and correct errors in campaign setups.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights for optimization.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Technical Skills**
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads Manager (AdWords, Display, YouTube)
- Linkedin Campaign Manager
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint

**What would give you the edge**:

- Fluently bilingual, English and French
- Understanding and working knowledge of GA4 and GTM
- Understanding and working knowledge of DV360
- Experience with sequential advertising campaigns
- Experience with analytics platforms and tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio and Supermetrics
