The Route Manager's responsibilities include managing a team of service technicians to effectively perform service and sales functions at customer locations. The Route Manager ensures standards of service and sales objectives are achieved while operating in a safe and productive manner.

To be successful the Route Manager should display a hands-on attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves working with the service technicians to ensure customer service expectations are exceeded.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all scheduled services are completed on time and any deficiencies are reported and addressed in a timely manner.
- Train and coach technicians to sell additional services at customer locations improving revenue per stop.
- Ensure compliance to the operational requirements specified in the Service Manual
- Perform services as required
- Schedule regular ride alongs with technicians
- Maintain route efficiency through regular reviews and management
- Maintain vehicle safety, repair and inspection requirements
- Handle customer issues or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Regularly perform service audits at customer locations.
- Provide training and orientation to new employees.
- Ensuring all health, safety and environmental operational requirements are followed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
