**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls from clients and drivers, providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor and track bus locations using GPS systems to ensure timely service.
- Communicate promptly with drivers regarding schedule changes, delays, and any operational issues.
- Notify clients of any delays or changes in service, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and service disruptions.
- Collaborate with team members to address any operational challenges that arise during the shift.
- Utilize basic computer skills to input data and manage scheduling software.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Google Suite and GPS tracking software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Previous dispatch or customer service experience is preferred.

**Schedule**:

- Split shifts from **6:30 AM to 9:30 AM** and **3:30 PM to 6:30 PM**. Flexibility for weekends and holidays may be necessary.
