Receptionist/executive Assistant to The President

Zoran Properties Inc. has proudly served the real estate industry since 1988 providing property and asset management services. Today, we manage over 6000 units across Greater Toronto Area - from condominiums to commercial and industrial units.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Executive Assistant to the President position to perform variety of administrative tasks, to assist Property Managers, accounting department and to support our company’s senior-level managers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Format information for internal and external communication
- Field calls from owners regarding the issues and advise assigned Property manager. Follow up with the owners when required.
- Process mass mailings for Property Managers including producing mailing labels, photocopying memo/letter etc., mail assembly and postage.
Requirements and skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Min. High School Diploma
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M9W 6L9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: One location
