**RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR**

**The Opportunity**

Some of your responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the preparation, tracking, and completion of job postings, and preparing related correspondence;
- Coordinating with the Recruitment Advisor on additional marketing and or posting support to ensure target audiences are reached;
- Managing large volume data as it correlates to all external postings;
- Data management of new hire documentation including creating new employee files;
- Assisting the recruitment team in the creation, development and implementation of recruitment events including career fairs, online workshops, speed recruiting events and local recruitment based open houses across the fleet.

**What you bring to the team**

As an individual, you are energetic with a high level of initiative, possess excellent judgement and problem-solving skills, and thrive when you are providing high-touch, timely customer service. Technically, you are proficient in the use of Windows-based software programs and have experience in the use of HR database programs.
