ALK has an opening for a full-time **Commercial Coordinator**based in_ **Ontario, Canada. This is a remote based position.**_

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Support cross-functional teams to support, plan, execute and follow-up on the Canadian tactical plan.
- Liaise between sales, customer service, and customers throughout Canada.
- Manage reports and communication to improve transparency and inventory management.
- Work with 3rd parties to manage sample distribution.
- Support Canadian Marketing Manager Digital specialists in translating, proof-reading, and adjusting marketing material; support Marketing Manager with handling practicalities for marketing materials.
- Manage cross-Canada databases to include contact information for notifications, sales promotions, and other potential marketing opportunities.
- Assist with completing submissions to various entities across the Canadian landscape (PMPRB, RAMQ, StatsCan)
- Travel required for conferences and sales meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant experience (3-5 years) in Sales and Marketing professional roles
- Strong communication skills - Fluency in written and spoken French and English required

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
