JOB OVERVIEW:
**6+ years’ experience in a Business Analysis role**

**- Minimum of six years of current, relevant experience working in a medium to large-sized IT**

**department/organization working with multiple teams of technical staff; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience**

**- Considerable related experience in designing, implementing, supporting, and administering a complex, corporate-wide electronic records management system**

**- Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is an asset**

**- Government Experience (asset but not mandatory)**

**- Experience in Project Management and/or Change Management is desirable**

**Additional desired experience for ECM BA**

**- Solid understanding and experience with management, and processes/business functions that relate to the technical ECM architectural constructs**

**- Experience with ECM project lifecycle and BA work planning for ECM projects**

**- Experience with data or content migration from legacy to SharePoint Online**

**- Experience with SharePoint Online as an intranet tool would be a bonus.**

**Qualifications**

**- Demonstrated advanced and current IT knowledge**

**- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills**

**- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet changing priorities and multi-task while meeting strict deadlines**

**- Must be a team player and work well with cross-departmental teams**

**- Commitment to regular ongoing professional development (including leadership and specific IT skills, professional associations, and current industry trends)**

**- High level of professionalism and ethics**

**- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills**

**- Work closely and build strong trust-based relationships with new and existing clients while collaborating with the Spot Solutions team members over the entire life cycle of the project**

**- Be highly organized, analytical, naturally collaborative, and the primary client advocate**

**- Help create a culture inside and outside Spot Solutions as a trusted, friendly and accessible source for knowledge and help**

**Certification**

**- IIBA / PMI / PMI-PBA would be an asset**

**- Applied knowledge of change management methodology (e.g. Prosci) is an asset**

**- Lean, Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) an asset**

**Education**

**- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or a related field.**

**- Business Analyst (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP or CBATL) or equivalent**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
