**RITUAL Nordic Spa** is seeking an experienced, team-oriented **Spa Coordinator** to join our busy and thriving Nordic Spa in downtown Victoria.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Our Spa Coordinators maintain the efficient, effective operation of spa front desk area, reception and cafe. They accurately book reservations for guests who call or walk in, and ensure an outstanding member and guest experience plus oversee the successful day-to-day operation of the spa.

**Expanded List of Duties, may include**:

- Conduct administrative tasks related to spa reception
- Provide facility orientation and tour for guests as needed
- Strategic booking and coordinating spa treatments, high attention to detail
- Manage waitlist, ensure call backs are completed
- Schedule and confirm appointments with staff as necessary
- Process all special requests of guests ie: special requests, group bookings
- Reconcile daily financials and complete closing duties
- Provide counter service to guests in the Café
- Refilling, restocking and maintaining retail presentation during your shift
- Supporting & assisting massage therapists as needed
- Take initiative to bring forth ideas, develop spa for current and future success
- Other duties assigned by Spa Supervisors or Director of Operations

**Experience, Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience working in a spa or an administrative preferred
- Strong administration skills, outstanding customer service skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Punctuality and exemplary time management a must
- Be solution oriented, problem solve and be able to efficiently multi-task
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Serving It Right Certificate
- A love for sauna and Nordic spa practices is an asset
