**Why this role is significant**

As a Wellness Concierge, you serve as the Spa's point person, providing logístical support in the absence of the Spa Director and Supervisor. You are a key collaborator, responsible for ensuring smooth spa operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and greeting and orienting guests. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be critical in delivering a pristine and energized spa experience.

**A day in the life**
- Create a welcoming environment for guests, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for treatments and products based on individual client needs
- Efficiently book, modify, and cancel spa appointments using Vagaro software
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure bookings are organized and efficient
- Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting with inquiries and reservations
- Follow procedures for invoicing, cash handling, and cash-out, meeting monthly sales targets
- Perform opening and closing duties for the spa, including administrative tasks
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of spa facilities, services, and retail products
- Recommend spa products and maintain stock levels, following established product management procedures
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues and exceeding expectations

- You bring 2+ years of previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- You are available to work Sunday through Thursday, 8am-4pm and 10:30am-6:30pm
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
