We are seeking an HR Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible to provide administrative and general support to the HR team.
**A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM.**
- Provide general administrative support data entry, filing, verbal and written correspondence
- Participate in the recruitment process; including setting up interviews, applicant screening, reference checks and any required testing
- Update job boards, trackers, organizational chart, job descriptions, employee communication boards, etc.
- Participate in the development of employee communications and assist with the preparation of plant-wide meetings and other presentations
- Prepare and update orientation packages, coordinate onboarding, setup new employees
- Assist Team Members in resolving questions and concerns
- Design, prepare and distribute reports and other communications as required
- Review and update policies and procedures as required
- Work on special projects within the HR team
- Assist with training and creation of work instructions
- Assist in supporting the adherence to all safety policies and programs
- Assist with Health & Safety tasks under the direction of the Health and Safety Coordinator

- Relevant HR Administrator experience
- Be the first point of contact for employees asking about HR related concerns
- Ability to model a compassionate approach with employees seeking assistance from the HR department
- Strong computer proficiency - Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Automate), Smartsheet
- Exhibit solid organization skills and high attention to detail/accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service focus
- Proven capability to multi-task and successfully self-manage multiple priorities and projects
- Ability to uphold confidentiality
- Effectively work both independently and as part of a team
- Perform other duties as required
