The Manager, Projects and Strategic Initiatives is responsible for supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) by effectively collaborating with Executives, leadership teams and other internal departments to drive the Sales and Marketing departmental and overall organizational business goals and objectives. This role will take on special projects, prioritize and summarize important initiatives and information for the CRO, and facilitate important relationships between the CRO office and internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with Sales leadership as well as cross-divisional department leaders to drive strategic programs, initiatives and decisions across the business to align and meet organizational goals and vision.
- Support the Chief Revenue Officer’s day-to-day and ensure their office remains organized, projects are on track and prioritized, and summarize key data and information for them to make informed critical decisions.
- Initiate and lead key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and results by coordinating and aligning cross-functional teams, setting project goals, establishing milestones, providing solutions to complex challenges, and tracking progress.
- Create and maintain high-quality agendas, presentations, communications and reports to facilitate critical internal and external Sales and Marketing meetings.
- Facilitate a positive relationship between the CRO, the Sales leadership team, Sales and Marketing employees, and other internal business units.
- Review processes, metrics and procedures, identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to drive departmental and organizational efficiency.
- Ensure that the confidentiality, privacy and integrity of Smile Digital Health’s information is maintained.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in a consulting, project management or customer service role, experience in healthcare and/or technology, preferred.
- Post-Secondary education in business or related field of study or comparable related work experience.
- Proven project management, organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with varying levels across the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality to manage sensitive information and matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with active listening skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High level of self-motivation, drive, and enthusiasm coupled with integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently use software including Windows/Mac, Google Suite, HubSpot (CRM), preferred.
