In Metro Vancouver’s most central and connected location where three SkyTrain lines meet, a new city is rising. This is The City of Lougheed -the nexus of energy, diversity, and community that will change the lifestyle and landscape of the region.

The excitement has begun with Neighbourhood One, now the home to PriceSmart Foods, Oxygen Yoga, Chipotle, services and 1200+ residents. The regional shopping centre hosts 100+ shops, services and Eateries, including London Drugs, Walmart Supercentre, Sport Chek and Fitness World. We are only beginning to see what happens when it all comes together.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The Marketing Coordinator role is a full-time, 12-month fixed term position, with the possibility of an extension up to 18 months, mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.**

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Social media planning, content creation, and execution
- Shoot and create photo and video content for social media
- Management of all digital assets (website, eblasts)
- Assist in the planning and execution of all promotions, programming, events and community engagement
- Provide day-to-day design support through the use of InDesign to conceptualize campaigns, marketing materials, visual presentations and on-going communications
- Retailer support and communication
- Support day to day administrative duties

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, InDesign and Lightroom
- Strong social media skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to foster relationships with customers, team members, retailers, vendors and community partners
- Problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Organized and able to complete tasks with efficiency

**Required Training and Experience**
- A post-secondary education in marketing or communications
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a marketing role

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

Salary Range: $53-60k/year
