As a Construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will also provide in-home consultations on services that Riverson Construction provides on a daily basis. You will analyze market trends, recommend solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets. If you have a passion for sales, strong analytical skills, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Run 2-3 appointments daily x 5 days a week. (Monday through Saturday)
- Present services to clients using proper sales techniques
- Customize tailored residential services to each client and their project
- Visiting clients and doing in-home sales presentations
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Understanding the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Obtain Positive reviews on a monthly basis from completed projects / clients

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Proven sales experience in Construction or Residential In-Home Services (Windows & Doors, Siding, Aluminum and custom design)
- Excellent knowledge of Apple Products
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from office location.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction estimating: 2 years (preferred)
- High-end sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Kitchener-Waterloo, ON (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
