Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Representative to join our team in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental supplies and equipment to dental offices and professionals within the designated territory. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Promote and sell our dental supplies and equipment to dental offices and professionals within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking progress and following up on leads.

Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for upselling, and gather feedback on our products and services.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the dental supplies industry.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging customer needs, product gaps, and opportunities for growth.
Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, and promotions, providing insights to the sales team for competitive positioning.

Territory Management: Effectively manage and prioritize sales activities within the assigned territory to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain a territory plan, including regular visitation schedules and call cycles.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and other required documentation.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network, build relationships, and stay updated on industry developments.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and effectively present product information.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
