As a Territory Brand & Sales Ambassador for Hybrid Infusions, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding brand awareness and driving sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will contribute to developing relationships within the cannabis retail community, growing our brand’s awareness, and playing a pivotal role in the strategic positioning of Virtue Cannabis as a trusted and prominent name in the cannabis industry.
The position requires someone with self-motivation, a positive attitude, a commitment to fostering genuine relationships with stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience delivering increased sales results. We are fast-paced and need an outstanding individual to help us continue our success in the competitive cannabis industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop positive lasting relationships with customers, budtenders, and retailers.
- Connect with retail store owners, managers, and staff to build positive relationships and enhance our brand awareness and image.
- Conduct retail store or B2B visits to inform budtenders or key-decision makers about Virtue Cannabis products and generate increased demand at the retail level.
- Provide product education to retailers.
- Learn about all facility operations, products, and the company’s vision to fully represent and promote the brand.
- Analyze market dynamics, retail trends, and consumer feedback, identifying opportunities for business growth and potential challenges.
- Contribute to the development of business and marketing strategies to navigate industry changes and trends.
- Submit monthly sales reports, including relevant feedback from stores.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Work with department heads and upper management, to ensure customer demands and market trends are adapted to.
- Demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go exceed expectations.
- Passionate about cannabis.
- Previous success in growing brand awareness within an organization.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset, not afraid to think outside the box.
- Highly motivated and works well independently.
**Requirements**:
- Completion of a diploma or university degree, preferably with a focus in sales/marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing-focused role in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, alcohol, or tobacco industry is preferred.
- Located in the Edmonton Area or able to reliably commute.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to wear necessary personal protective equipment, which may include sanitary clothing covers, gloves, masks, and eye protection during work hours.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 before entering our facility.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
