**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Ability to manage and direct employees on designated shift
- Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components like vinyl pool liners, covers, vinyl steps, etc.
- Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures.
- Follow and complete the daily production schedule, including changes that may occur during the shift.
- Setup machine crews at start of shift and maintain machine production sheet throughput data on a daily basis.
- Be engaged in safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as a routine part of the job responsibilities. Follow all department and plant procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment; perform random safety checks making necessary corrections immediately and promote safety importance.
- Continually review and assess manufacturing processes and make recommendations on possible improvements.
- Must be able to meet daily production standards.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- 2-4 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or production position in a leadership capacity
- 3-6 years’ experience in machine operation of semi-automated machines, and the use of hand tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation
