**In this role, you will**
- In concert with the Executive Director, create learning strategy based on educational needs analysis
- Design and develop learning solutions (webinars, user guides, job aids) to support dentalcorp practices
- Deliver training to various learning audiences
- Design and develop eLearning solutions
- Provide coaching and support as required
- Design and develop sustainable learning solutions in support of long-term educational strategy.

**What we're looking for**
- 5-7 years of related business or educational experience
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Training, Business or a related field
- Must be fluently Bilingual in English and French
- Ability to quickly establish working relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Sharepoint, MS Office 365 and Articulate Rise
- Ability to integrate adult learning theory and instructional design methodology into an appropriate mix of delivery media and methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to include advanced presentation/facilitation skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with senior leaders and challenging stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, punctual and responsible
