AAPS College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Administration to join our team. The Manager of Administration will oversee and manage the administrative functions of AAPS College and work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the College.

**Qualifications**:

- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in administration, including 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven leadership and management skills, including experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong financial management skills, including experience managing budgets and financial operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in seeking new opportunities and bring forward an action plan with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the administrative team, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and other support staff.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures that align with the College's mission and goals.
- Oversee and manage the College's budget and financial operations, including monitoring expenses and revenue, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure the College's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team and other staff members, including training and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of administrative functions.
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the College's physical space and equipment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute special projects and events, as needed.

**Flexibility is a must, should be open to workdays, evenings, and weekends (Occasionally)

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Toronto, ON M3H 2T4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**: Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- **Supervisor/Manager**: 3 years (preferred)
- **Administrative assistant**: 2+ years (preferred)

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
