**Job Location(s)**:Toronto, Ontario
**Job Duties**:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and solicit potential direct clients and groups.
- Bring ideas to develop and implement sales in Vietnam.
- Understand the client's requirements and create a proposal for each specificity.
- Adhere to company procedures throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and administer quotations and sales contracts.
- Maintain and keep the client's database up to date.
- Optimize revenue by evaluating service costs and prices.
- Contribute to various services where programs must be adapted to meet the demands of clients.
- Follow up with clients from lead start to after sales.
- Training, monitoring, and supervising the activities of other technical sales specialists in Vietnam.
- Frequent domestic and internal travel is required.
**Skills requirements**:
- A university degree or college diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience supervising others is an asset.
- Previous experience of at least five years related to international travel and international sales.
- Previous experience of a minimum of five years in the Tourism/Events Market and/or travel package for international students
- Experience in and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
- knowledge in developing business plans and reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Focus on the result.
An understanding of Vietnam’s business practices and culture is a definite asset.
**Hour of work**:
From Monday to Friday, 10 am to 1 pm & 2 pm to 5 pm
**Terms of employment**:
Full-time Permanent Position, 30 hours per week. Overtime and weekends as needed.

Verbal and written English
**Salary**:
$37.50-$40.00 per hour
**Financial Benefits**:
Year-end bonus depending on individual performance and at the discretion of the company
