**THIS IS A PERFORMANCE/COMMISSION-BASED ROLE THAT REQUIRES**:
- **Demonstrated track record of success in Full-Cycle Outbound Sales roles**:

- **A passion for Sales and Service, commitment to constant improvement and ownership of your results**:
- **A Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and background in Engineering, Controls Automation**
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE ON TRACK TO EARN $180,000 - $250,000 CAD IN THE FIRST YEAR, WITH AN UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL BASED ON PERFORMACE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Conduct Territory Business Development: daily grow our contact list and own Sales Pipeline through COLD CALLING, effective NETWORKING and market RESEARCH.
- Conduct the FULL SALES CYCLE from Outbound Prospecting and Lead Nurturance to After Sales support, maximize revenue from repeat sales
- Meet weekly and monthly PERFORMANCE KPIs and reach quarterly SALES TARGETS
- Utilize Striven ERP to MAINTAIN ACCURATE CRM RECORDS daily, and perform all functions required to take a project from lead to completion (ERP training provided).
- Learn and adhere to company PROCESSES, SOPs and PROTOCOLS.
- COLLABORATE with Engineering team and Leadership to address client needs and project requirements, prepare proposals and estimates and initiate transactions.
- Act as a client LIAISON AND ADVOCATE to identify and resolve issues and ensure smooth communication between client and team.
- Actively pursue networking opportunities, including trade shows and other in-person events.
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- **MINIMUM 3 years of B2B OUTBOUND SALES experience is REQUIRED**:
- **DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL/COMPUTER or MECHANICAL ENGINEERING is REQUIRED**:
- **Degree and/or Experience in Control Systems or Robotics & Automation is REQUIRED**
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:
- Demonstrated record of MEETING AND EXCEEDING KPI’S AND SALES GOALS
- Demonstrated ability to DEVELOP B2B ACCOUNTS through a LONG SALES CYCLE and cultivate productive relationships with multiple stakeholders within the account

- _Consultative Selling and contract negotiation_
- _Client/internal liaison throughout project lifecycle_
- _Soliciting Referrals & Testimonials_
- _After-sales, generating repeat business_
- Being CONSISTENT and PROCESS DRIVEN, adept at leveraging own expertise, Sales best practices and company resources to take ownership of and adhere to a standard Sales Process.
- LEARNING QUICKLY and adapting within an agile, growing team. Executing with SPEED and ACCURACY.
- Strong COMMUNICATION, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to
diagnose client needs and persuasively communicate solutions.
- Effective COLLABORATION in a team environment and communicating ideas and problems clearly to the leadership and projects teams.
- Proficiency with MICROSOFT OFFICE/OFFICE 365 environment and software, prior experience and proficiency with CRMs
- TECHNICAL (AUTOMATION) KNOWLEDGE:

- _Programming controls related devices, including but not restricted to: _PLC & HMIs (Rockwell, Siemens, Omron)
- _Vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Omron)_
- _Barcode scanners and printers (Zebra, Keyence, Cognex, Honeywell)_
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:
- Valid Driver’s licence and clean driving record for regular domestic travel**
**- Valid Canadian Passport and ability to travel internationally**
**- References (will be required on request)**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $180,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
