As a Patient Experience Navigator, you’ll use your proven sales skills to guide patients through their healthcare journey. Whether it’s answering questions, overcoming objections, or closing treatment plans, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring patients feel informed and confident while meeting key engagement goals.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Drive Patient Engagement**: Reconnect with patients who haven’t yet booked treatments through telephone follow-ups (also referred to as reconnections). Address their concerns, provide support, and help them move forward in their healthcare journey.
- **Be a Closer**: Attend consultations to provide real-time support to secure patient commitment to treatment plans.
- **Optimize Systems and Processes**: Develop strategies to improve patient engagement, reduce drop-offs, and ensure a seamless follow-up experience.
- **Lead and Collaborate**:Collaborate with management and clinical teams while overseeing the Patient Experience Administrator to ensure streamlined, patient-centered workflows.
- **Build Relationships**: Use your sales expertise to develop trust with patients, ensuring they feel cared for while driving results.
