Patient Care Coordinator

Salary Range: Starting at $22 per hour
Medical Office Assistant / Receptionist Role:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls promptly, directing calls to the appropriate personnel or department as needed.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow and clinic efficiency.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding clinic services and procedures.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including processing payments.
Essential attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and high-stress situations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus.
- Experience in a medical office environment is preferred, but not required.
