**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Managing Director, Strategic Division Supports, this position will oversee a team of staff whose efforts will support the Division's progress towards anti-racism and equity as outlined in the key areas of the Division's Action Plan.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- collaborating with other leaders from across the division in support of key system initiatives outlined in the action plan
- supporting work on administrative regulations that enables and progresses the Division as an anti-racist organization
- reporting through an evidence-based lens to senior leadership, the Board of Trustees and the broader community
- planning and facilitating a variety of meetings including the steering, principal, staff and advisory committees
- ensuring processes are welcoming, engaging and reflect diverse cultural ways of being and doing
- reviewing and analyzing data gathered through a variety of sources
- developing and writing a variety of documents for a range of audiences and purposes that communicate the Division's progress or findings around key areas of work related to anti-racism, reconciliation and equity
- providing leadership and supervision of staff

**Education/Qualifications**:

- undergraduate degree in a related field
- a minimum of six years related experience, ideally in the education field
- experience working with individuals from a diverse range of lived experiences and backgrounds
- strong understanding of equity work, anti-racism theory, world views and indigenous perspectives
- demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement
- experience supervising and leading staff
- excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and collaboration skills

**Rate of Pay**:
$4,080.30 - $5,278.00 bi-weekly
