**Responsibilities**
- Make, confirm and cancel reservations for multiple properties over the telephone
- Market and up-sell our products and services
- Close the sale following established standards and call chronology
- Provide accurate information to potential customers
- Drive guest loyalty through excellent customer service throughout the reservation process, ensuring repeated business and revenue
- Other duties as assigned

**What you’ll need as a Reservation Sales Agent**:
**Experience**: 1+ years’ customer service experience preferred

**Education**: Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred

**Other Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of Marsha, Lightspeed and/or Opera is an asset
- Demonstrate motivation for sales including strong sales and closing ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests and employees
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain professional composure at all times, while performing multiple tasks
- Excellent keyboarding/data inputting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills, sound knowledge or business and services
- Ability to quickly respond to changing work volume with high-energy level and speed
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as cooperatively within a team setting
- **Must be able to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays**
