We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of our team of electricians. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians to ensure the successful completion of electrical projects
  • Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations to meet project requirements
  • Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues in a timely manner
  • Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills to enhance their performance
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects and monitor the quality of work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as electrical engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical installation and wiring, with a proven track record in a lead or supervisory role
  • Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, including OSHA standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
