Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the Senior Sales Representative in identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct research to gather information about target markets and industries, including competitor analysis and market trends.

3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and demonstrations between the Senior Sales Representative and potential clients.

4. Support the Senior Sales Representative in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and progress reports.

6. Collaborate with the Senior Sales Representative to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.

7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

8. Stay informed about product features, benefits, and updates to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

9. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

10. Continuously learn and develop sales skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and self-study.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and take direction from senior team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and sales events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
