**Heures**: Quart de jour 7h00 - 15h30 **OU **Quart de soir 15 h 30 - 23h30.

**SOMMAIRE**:

- L'opérateur de la ligne de production sera responsable de l'ensemble de la ligne assignée en démarrant, en faisant fonctionner et en nettoyant les machines ; inspecter le produit pour s'assurer qu'il répond à nos normes de qualité élevées. Nous recherchons des personnes très motivées qui s'assureront du bon fonctionnement de la chaîne de production.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Recevoir l'ordre de travail du chef d'équipe ou du superviseur de production
- Configure les lignes et l'équipement et aide à changer l'équipement, y compris le démarrage et l'arrêt de l'équipement.
- Surveiller la production pour s'assurer que les spécifications du client et les normes de qualité établies sont respectées.
- Chargez et déchargez les articles des machines, des chariots et des chariots.
- Nourrissez ou placez les articles sur l'équipement pour le traitement.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire en tout temps
- S'assurer que les principes de sécurité alimentaire et les réglementations GMP sont compris et suivis.
- Signalez tout problème de salubrité et de qualité des aliments aux gestionnaires pour lancer le processus.

**CONNAISSANCES ET COMPETENCES REQUISES**:

- Compétences de base en lecture, écriture et arithmétique requises
- Dextérité manuelle requise pour faire fonctionner des machines
- Capacité de soulever jusqu'à 50 livres requise

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full Time

**Location**: Baie d'Urfe, QC

**Hours**: Day shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. **OR **Evening shift 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

**SUMMARY**:

- Production line operator will be in charge of all the line assigned to by starting, operating, and cleaning the machines; inspecting product to ensure it meets our high quality standards. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who will ensure the production line runs without any issues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receive work order from lead hand or production supervisor
- Sets up lines and equipment and assists with material change including start-up and stop equipment.
- Monitor production to ensure customer specifications and established quality standards are maintained.
- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
- Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Ensure Food Safety Principles and GMP Regulations are understood and followed.
- Report any Food Safety and Quality issues to managers to initiate process.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT**:

- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
