Le Cariste a la responsabilité de combler les besoin de la production en matière premières, emballages, le tout en respectant les procédures établies par le programme HACCP, les BPI (bonnes pratiques industrielles) et les règlements SST.

Responsabilités clés
- Envelopper les palettes de produits finis de pellicule extensible;
- Transférer des palettes de produits finis du petit congélateur au gros congélateur;
- Assurer une rotation optimale des stocks des produits finis et des matières premières;
- Assurer le suivi et le respect de la procédure de congélation/décongélation des matières premières;
- Procéder à des comptes cycliques sur les produits finis et/ou matières premières;
- Préparer le matériel d’emballage pour la production;
- Aider à la réception des marchandises;
- Aider au chargement des remorques;
- Prendre la température des camions;
- Préparer les commandes pour les expéditions du lendemain
- Opérer le chariot élévateur (assis)
- Effectuer le contrôle des stocks et assurer le maintien de l’ordre dans les entrepôts
- Participer à la prise d’inventaires
- Garder son environnement de travail en ordre et propre
- Détenir une carte de compétence pour conduire un chariot a fourche.
- Connaissance des normes HACCP (un atout)
- Connaissance en informatique
- Sens de l’observation et initiative
- Sens des responsabilités
- Autonomie, flexibilité et polyvalence
- Dextérité manuelle et force physique
- Bonne gestion du stress
