Product Development in Lubricants, Personal Care, Home, Hygiene, Institutional & Industrial chemical and consumer goods.
Organic synthesis, Development of Chemical Products
Keep abreast of competitive technologies, products, pricing.
In conjunction with business operations support the introduction of new products in an efficient, robust and cost effective manner, within agreed timescales.
Prepare new product SOPs and working instructions according to Industry requirements and transfer them to manufacturing.
Maintain detailed records of all work carried out and report out in a clear, timely and informative manner.
Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation, and recommends replacement as needed.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
