You will work closed with not only the Executive Director, but also with the Program Manager and the Clinical Specialist as part of the leadership team, all of whom are accountable to a volunteer board of directors.
You also need to have solid skills in:
- Financial management and reporting
- Human resource management
- Partnership development and administration
- Long term financial planning
- Granting writing and reporting
- Managing the requirements of a non-profit organization
Although a formal accounting designation is not required, previous experience in financial and organizational management is.
**Job Description - Manager of Corporate Services**
The Manager of Corporate Services is responsible, in collaboration with the Executive Director, for all financial and organizational management and planning in support of the programs of Landing Strong. Specific duties includes:
- Budget development, monitoring and reporting
- Grant writing and reporting
- Fundraising and funder reporting
- Human Resource management
- Drafting and administrating partnership agreements
- Building management
- Long term operational financial planning
- Drafting policies and procedures to support the organizational administration
- Oversight and management of financial systems
- Preparation of yearly annual report
- Managing review engagement or other yearly reporting
- Attendance at Board of Directors meetings and Finance Committee Subcommittee meetings
- Document management systems
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills or Experience:
- Professional accounting designation or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a non-profit or clinic setting
- Experience managing staff
- Experience working with a board of directors
- Experience supervising staff
- Excellent computer skills and experience in document management

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
