**About the Role**
Vitacore is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and passionate Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to work directly with the President of Vitacore and to oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate office. You will be assisting in administrative responsibilities which includes the following: coordination of schedule, administration of paperwork, communication with departmental Directors and Managers, all existing team members and external partners, and other ad hoc tasks. Your articulate communication skills, immaculate attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills in the day-to-day performance of your role exemplifies Vitacore’s “People First” culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the President’s calendar and schedule, including providing daily briefings, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas;
- Assist in generating and preparing reports;
- Prepare and edit company and external communications;
- Conduct market research on current industry-related trends;
- Maintain several shared documents and lists;
- Lead and/or support event management, including employee or charity events and conferences;
- Maintain the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality;
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Completion of post-secondary education
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting Executives;
- High proficient in MS 365, Google Workspace, and other current technological trends
- Extremely high degree of attention to detail;
- Extremely high level of organization;
- Utmost professionalism;
- Clear, concise, and articulate communication;
- Self-motivated and a self-starter;
- Ability to analyze and think of creative solutions;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion;
- Maturity, accountability with the ability to learn quickly.
