**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, customer focused, driven and goals oriented individual to join our team as an **Operations Administrator **in Toronto.

This is a full-time contract position from May to November (6 months) with the possibility of extension to a permanent position.

**Key areas of responsibility and accountability**:

- Create insurance orders and report daily activity.
- Support of the student information system, coordinating user creation.
- Support of Compliance office, ESL Student Service, GSS ESL Service and ESL Orientation team.
- FAQ - ESL students’ questionnaire of the contract details with ESL Student service.
- Participate in on-going and future operations projects: Support preparation, pre-action and follow-up.
- Enforce policies and procedures established by ILAC.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- University or college degree/diploma in business or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience;
- 1-2 years of successful relevant experience, preferably in Education industry, Customer Service, Hotel, Travel, and Tourism, Residence and Accommodation;
- Excellent customer care and service excellence attitude;
- Advanced Excel skills - (VLOOKUP*)
- PowerPoint and Presentation skill
- Root cause problem solving skills
- Quality and excellence orientation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Planning and organizing skills, ability to manage multiple, competing, changing priorities in an extremely fast paced environment
- Exceptional Administrative skills
