Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team at HYPE PR Toronto.

As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with social media influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. You will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in influencer marketing, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a proven track record of success in campaign coordination and execution.

In terms of salary, we are offering a competitive compensation package, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The salary range is commensurate with industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in Toronto. We are committed to providing our employees with a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects their value to the company.

About the Role
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including concept development, talent selection, content creation, and post-campaign analysis.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS, CONTENT CREATORS, AND BRAND AMBASSADORS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS EXECUTION OF CAMPAIGNS.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and analytics, to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Proven track record of success in campaign coordination and execution.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, preferred.
