**How You Will Make an Impact**
- ** Provide a work ethic in leadership** and role modelling of behaviours that **demonstrates the Mission, Vision, and Values of Good Shepherd **Centres.**:

- To provide service in a dignified, culturally competent, and respectful manner that reflects the charism of Good Shepherd Centres, and which reflects an integrated anti-racism/anti-oppression framework.
- ** Annual Giving Strategy**: Develop and implement a strategic annual giving plan, outlining fundraising goals, objectives, and strategies to maximize donor engagement and revenue generation.
- **Oversee progress, deadlines, goals**, and objectives related to the annual giving program.
- ** Serve as liaison between Development and Finance** for gift processing, annual audit, and serve as SME.
- ** Donor Acquisition**: Collaborate with communications to execute donor acquisition campaigns, leveraging data analysis and segmentation to identify and target potential new donors.
- ** Fundraising Campaigns**:Plan, execute, and monitor fundraising campaigns, such as giving days, holiday appeals, and special initiatives, to encourage participation and meet fundraising targets.
- ** Data Management and Analysis**: Utilize fundraising databases and software to track donor interactions, analyze giving patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize fundraising efforts. Managing user roles/security, technology management, process and procedures, data integrity, mailing list, and end user training and support.
- ** Collaborative Partnerships**: Collaborate with various departments, including communications, and finance, to align annual giving efforts with broader fundraising and organizational goals. Manage and maintain positive relationships with outside vendors**Budget Management**: Manage the annual giving budget, ensuring funds are allocated effectively to achieve fundraising goals efficiently.
- ** Reporting and Evaluation**: Prepare regular reports/annual reports, on the progress of annual giving campaigns, evaluate results, and provide insights for improvement.
- ** Team Leadership**: Oversee and provide guidance to annual giving team members, fostering a positive and collaborative and work environment.
- ** Motivate and coach qualified staff,** including overseeing the Database Coordinator.
- Provide effective performance feedback to staff on an ongoing basis to ensure staff are working at a satisfactory performance level; prepare and conduct regular formal performance evaluations and make recommendations for discipline and/or termination where necessary.
