**Key Responsibilities**:
Tenant Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and property standards.
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating with the leasing team for new tenant orientations.
- Enforce lease terms and handle tenant disputes in a fair and effective manner.
- Implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.

Vendor Bidding Process Management:

- Prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs) for maintenance and service contracts.
- Analyze bids and proposals to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with selected vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all vendor contracts, bids, and communications.

Fulfilling Maintenance Requests
- Receive, prioritize, and manage maintenance requests from tenants.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of all work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction with the completed work.

Tenant Happiness:

- Create and implement initiatives to improve tenant experience and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular tenant satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback to address concerns and improve services.
- Organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community and engagement among tenants.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of property management principles, practices, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

**Education & Certifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Property management certification (e.g., CPM, RPA) is an asset.
