Hours:24 hrs per week (three 8 hours shifts)

Work Location: 732 Queen St Kincardine Ontario - Middleton Finner Financial Services Inc.

Middleton Finner Financial Services Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant reporting to the Office Manager. This position will work under general supervision to coordinate varied functions of the office as part of the Administrative team to support our Advisors in providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to get their foot into an office setting as it is an entry level position.

**Responsibilities included but not limited to**:

- Act as a point of contact with Advisors/clients/contacts
- Contributing to office excellence while supporting the admin assistants; scanning, filing, transferring hard copy files to online systems
- Reminding Advisors of important tasks and deadlines
- Answer inquiries and phone calls from clients
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle requests and queries appropriately

**Requirements**:

- Professional, refined, and organized demeanor
- Demonstrated ability in calendar management, word processing and Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with confident leadership; ability to think independently
- Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 24 hours weekly

- Secondary School (preferred)
