We are looking for a high energy, well organized individual who has a passion for customer service to join our team on a full time basis.
*Comfortable with Reception duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, answering questions etc.
*Office experience considered an asset
*Strong written and verbal communication
*Proficient in Microsoft Programs
*Ability to use various items of technology to complete tasks (ie: laptop/Microsoft, tablet (android/apple)
*Experienced with Social Media Platforms (from a business perspective an asset)
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to work Days/Evenings/Weekends as needed
*Can work independently or within a team
*Proactive problem solver and able to deal with concerns or complaints
As an administration assistant/reception member of our team you will have a $18 hourly rate of pay and opportunities to earn additional bonuses. You will also receive a generous discount on all services provided.
Your role will involve working closely with our Administration team to effectively manage day to day requirements. Daily duties will be based on location need/demand and operational requirements making flexibility a key to success in this role. Full on-the-job training will be provided. Start Date for this position is as soon as possible. Your home location for this role will be in Kincardine, however you will work directly with the entire team encompassing all locations (Southampton, Port Elgin, Kincardine, Hanover)
It is imperative that you also support the business in maintaining all Grey/Bruce Public Health mandated requirements for our industry. This includes managing adherence to guidelines. Therefore applicants must be comfortable with this responsibility.
