We’re currently seeking a Client Account Manager to join our highly driven Client Care team that works closely and collaboratively with all departments and studios. You will be acting as the first point of contact for all prospective clients across all studio locations. Your ultimate goal is to ensure client satisfaction and assist all stages of the client pipeline in running efficiently.

We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, and highly organized administrative professional with a background in luxury and beauty products/services, who’s not shy of fast-paced, customer-focused environments. As a highly driven individual, you will be the bridge that ensures seamless operations across all departments and studios.

**_Here’s what you’ll be doing _**
- Cultivate and manage loyal client relationships through client database management and engagement after their studio reservation.
- Efficiently provide appropriate solutions for all and any escalated client issues and/or concerns within a reasonable time frame.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, Operations, and Retail/Studio departments.
- Assist with client issues for resolutions and win-win solutions that enhance customer experiences.
- Send purchased digital images to clients, coordinate delivery of albums and canvases between delivery companies and clients.
- Act as support for Retouchers and Composite Artists by providing clients with consultations regarding personalized image requests, design requests, etc.
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences are achieved through inventory management and after sales service.
- Work to obtain and manage client referrals, as well as maintain long-term client relationships.
- Support loss prevention in all areas of security, inventory management, and transaction accuracy.
- Ensure compliance of operations, studio policies, and brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:
**_ Here’s what you’ll be bringing to the team _**
- 3+ years of customer service and administrative experience; previous experience working in a women-oriented environment and/or in the beauty industry considered an asset;
- Experience with Square, Slack, G-Suite, Monday, Xero;
- Excellent written and oral English;
- Fluent in oral and written French and/or Spanish. Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish is considered to be an asset;
- Passion for people and promoting self-love and confidence;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Maintain the ability to remain calm and collected in stressful situations;
- Extremely organized, efficient, and dependable;
- Ability to work very well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment;
- Flexible schedule [evenings, weekends, 10 hour days, etc.];
- Interest and knowledge of photography is considered to be an asset.
