**Role: Sales Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Focus on:
a. ALC’s and Retirement Communities for Ad Revenue

b. **Identify and Target Potential Business Partners**: Focus on industries such as health & wellness, financial planning, Technology, Legal Advice, Lifestyle & Leisure

c. Revenue Opportunities with Ask The Expert.
- **Develop and Maintain Client Relationships**: Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- **Present and Promote Offerings**: Highlight the benefits and unique features of our products and services to potential partners. Use our Media Kit.
- **Collaborate with Marketing Team**: Create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
- **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Ensure clients receive top-notch support and service.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Work with our Marketing team to help create meaningful messages to our partners.

**Skills Required**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Sales experience in the +55 market an assett
- **Proven Sales Experience**: Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proficiency in negotiating deals and closing sales.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and stay driven to achieve targets.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market conditions and client feedback.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Empathy and Patience**: Understanding the unique needs and concerns of the 55+ market.
