We are looking for a talented and motivated sales representative to join our team
As a Sales Representative at Norsteel, you will build relationships through your professionalism and ensure customers make informed decisions. You will also be part of a rewarding journey. Your role will involve building quick, genuine relationships with our clients and offering follow-up after-sales service for years after purchases.
Your role is crucial as you are the primary point of contact between our business and customers. On a day-to-day basis you will:
- _Ensure customers have the correct products and services by understanding their needs _

**Qualifications**
A minimum of two years' sales experience is required for the intermediate Sales Representative at Norsteel Buildings, along with a minimum OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) or GED (General Educational Development) Education.

**Pay**
100% Uncapped Commissions. There is no hourly wage or salary base attached to this role. Please note this is longer Sale Cycle.
