Pastry Chef/ Garde Manger

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute creative pastry and garde manger menu items.
- Prepare and present a variety of delectable desserts, including cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats.
- Be responsible for the garde manger station, including salads, and small plates.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry and garde manger stations.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.

**Working Hours**:This is a part-time position. Our work days are from 12pm-11pm (roughly).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Baking: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-03-11
