Job Title: Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at DOCE MINHO PASTRY & BAKERY. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods to a high standard.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient production.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality products.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment:

Our bakery is a large volume production facility with a fast-paced environment. As a Pastry Chef, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on producing high-quality products.

Language:

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English, but French is also accepted.Hours:

The working hours are 35 hours per week.
