This Is What You’ll Do:

- Providing product and service information to existing clients
- Maintaining client records by updating account information - updating account users; adding services and packages to the accounts; resetting account password
- Transferring customers to the correct department if needed
- Handling product walk through and leading client demos
- Reviewing accounts with the client - providing the current services and prices to existing clients
- Ensuring that changes requested by the clients on their accounts are implemented
- Working on projects that involves account administrative tasks and meeting its deadline
- Resolving service complaints by clarifying complaints - determining the root cause of the issue; explaining the best solution to solve the client’s concern; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Meeting the organization’s goals or key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsabilités:

- Fournir des informations sur les produits et les services aux clients existants
- Transférer les clients vers le département approprié si nécessaire
- Maintenir les dossiers des clients en mettant à jour les informations sur les comptes - mise à jour des utilisateurs des comptes ; ajout de services et de forfaits aux comptes ; réinitialisation des mots de passe associés aux comptes.
- Examiner les comptes avec le client - fournir les services et les prix actuels aux clients existants
- traiter les démonstrations de la plateforme et diriger les démonstrations pour les clients
- Travailler sur des projets qui impliquent des tâches administratives liées aux comptes et respecter les délais.
- Résoudre et clarifier les plaintes relatives au service - déterminer la cause profonde du problème ; expliquer la meilleure solution pour résoudre le problème du client ; accélérer la correction ou l'ajustement ; assurer le suivi pour garantir la résolution du problème.
- Atteindre les objectifs de l'organisation ou les indicateurs clés de performance afin de garantir la satisfaction du client.
