Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Associate Client Executive to become a part of a leading organization in the insurance broking and risk management sector, based in Montreal. The position is designed as a hybrid role, with the expectation of three days of on-site work and two days of remote work each week. The Associate Client Executive will be instrumental in sustaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing outstanding service and value. Responsibilities include strategically expanding client relationships, acquiring new clients, and utilizing company resources to offer top-tier solutions. The role entails full responsibility for client solution delivery, managing and expanding client profit and loss, and working in tandem with the Client Executive to improve client services and opportunities for professional growth.


Required Skills:


  • 3+ years of experience working with commercial insurance is essential.
  • AMF license or ability to obtain one in 3 months of hire
  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to generate new sales through existing clients and referrals, aligned with business plans.
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level.
  • Ability to manage client accounts, including creating renewal proposals, conducting stewardship meetings, and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Ability to manage client Profit and Loss (P&L), including timely billing and collections.
  • Client services experience
  • Underwriting experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.


Compensation:

$80, 000/yr


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
