**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring high-quality food production. **Duties**: - Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed - Develop innovative menu items while maintaining consistency and quality - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations - Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control for the kitchen - Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and specials - Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation processes - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment **Qualifications**: - Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities - Understanding of kitchen operations, including food costing and inventory management **Skills**: - Culinary skills including cooking, food handling, and kitchen operations - Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry - Proficiency in supervising kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of service - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry If you are a passionate chef with leadership abilities and a flair for creating culinary delights, we invite you to join our team as our Head Chef.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
