This is a newly created, entry-level position with the mission to provide administrative and accounting support to ensure accurate facilitation of our management and referral fees. We are excited for you to bring your skills and experience that will enhance this high-performing team.

Tasks, Role & Responsibilities:

- Support the operational processes of the management, trailer and referral fees including:

- Calculating quarterly management fees.
- Calculating quarterly referral fees.
- Charging Final Management Fees & Executing transfers.
- Changes in management fees and referral parties.
- Changes in dealers.
- Reconciliations.
- Documentation review.
- Data entry, including updates to our financial services platforms.
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with our quarter end and annual year end auditing requirements.
- Special project work as well as other duties from time to time as this role evolves.

Critical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Post secondary education in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with savviness in Excel.
- Microsoft Dynamics and NDEX experience desired.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy without compromising the ability to meet deadlines.
- Friendly and positive team player.
- Ability to multitask with proven analytical, planning and time management skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels within the business.
